Social dinner

The social dinner, on Monday 17 June, will be held at Castel Toblino .

The price of the dinner (70 EUR) includes transportation to the venue from Trento. A bus will be organised after the Symposium "Science and Society" (see the programme). Please note that Castel Toblino may present some accessibility constraints. If you feel that this may be an issue for you, please contact the organisers directly (at SIBBM.2024@azuleon.org), at least two weeks in advance of the event, so that your exact requirements may be assessed.

Accommodation

The University of Trento has an arrangement with different structures that offer accommodation. Please find below a list of suggestions.

When booking your accommodation, be sure to mention that you are attending the SIBBM 2024 meeting and request the rates reserved for the University of Trento. Please note that, in addition to the fees indicated below, you need to pay a provincial tourist tax directly to the accommodation facility; this tax depends on the type of facility and can be a maximum of €2.50 per overnight stay. The rates indicated refer to a bed and breakfast service, unless otherwise specified.

N.B. Information regarding your arrival, departure, any cancellations or other changes must be communicated directly to the chosen structure, not the SIBBM 2024 contact address. Correspondence relating to accommodation issues addressed to the SIBBM 2024 contact address will be discarded.
